Rates & Booking
Book Early
We recommended
that you make your reservation early so you don’t miss out on the preferred
time for your island vacation. Reservations can be made by Email or by
telephone. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit of 50%
of the rental rate within 10 days of your booking. The balance of your rental
fees are due one week prior to check-in. Payments can be
made by cheque or money order in

Rental Rates
Our vacation home is
available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday with check-in starting
at 4:00 pm and a check-out time of 10:00 am. The Dunes rents for $1,350 CAD during
the peak season (July & August), $1,100 CAD during
shoulder season and for $850 CAD during off season. Please call to verify exact dates. There is

a housekeeping fee
of $100 CAD applied to all rental periods.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that
unexpected events sometimes make it necessary for you to change your vacation
plans. If this occurs, please call us right away and we’ll work with you
to try and accommodate your change in plans. Deposits are fully refunded
if notice of cancellation is given 30 or more days from your scheduled
check-in date. If notice of cancellation is given less than 30 days from
the check-in date, 20% of the weekly rental rate will be withheld from your
deposit. If cancellation is made within 7 days of the reservation date, 50% of
the rental rate will be charged against your deposit. Last minute
cancellations mean lost opportunities for us as well as for others wanting to
enjoy our beach house. All efforts will be made to fill vacancies
created by

cancellations and, of
course, if successful, deposits will be fully refunded. |

We respect the privacy and value the business
of our customers. All information shared with us by our customers
remains strictly confidential and will only used to facilitate communication
for business and payment purposes. It is not distributed and
